The story, as told through the medium of the fabric the actual players wore on the field of play includes Euro 88, Italia 90, USA 94, Japan & Korea 2002, Poland 2012 and France 2016.

The books aim is to promote the debate and discussion around the need to protect and display the proud history of the Irish international team. The foreword to the book has been written by the Republic of Ireland’s all-time leading goal scorer and appearance holder, Robbie Keane. The book is dedicated to a young Irish football fan called James Nolan who tragically passed away whilst supporting Ireland at the European Championship Final in Poland in 2012.
